Depending on your query one or more of the following may be relevant:
- Which product are you using
- Which firmware is on the product
- Where did you get the modem (or other product)
- Is it a locked (ISP) or a generic modem
- Who is your ISP and in which country
- Have you spoken to your ISP and if so, have they done any troubleshooting and what were the results?
- What type of connection are you on ? ( f.i. PPPoA, PPPoE, ETHoA, etcetera)
- What do you have connected to the modem directly
- How do your devices currently connect to the modem (wireless or via ethernet cable)
- What do you intend to achieve
- Which Operating System are you using
- Be concise and try to keep confusion out of the door!
